Advertising Inquiries
QuickGrade displays advertising through third-party ad networks. For advertising or partnership questions, email ezgradersupport@gmail.com.
What to Include in Your Message
The fastest way to get a useful reply is to tell us exactly what you entered and what you expected. For a calculation issue, that means:
- The page URL (for example, the weighted grade calculator).
- The exact numbers you typed in, including any decimals.
- The result the page showed you.
- The result you expected, and where it came from — a gradebook, a syllabus, or a worked example from class.
- Your browser and device, if the problem looks like a display or input bug rather than a math one.
Grading policies vary widely between schools, so a difference between our output and your gradebook is not always an error. Many reported "wrong" results turn out to be rounding policy, a plus/minus scale, or a category weight that does not sum to 100%. We will tell you which of those applies, and if the fault is ours we will correct the page and note the change.
Response Times
QuickGrade is independently maintained, and email is handled by the site owner. Reports of incorrect math are looked at first, usually within one to two business days. Broken pages and display problems come next. General feedback, feature suggestions, and partnership questions may take longer, but every message is read.
Questions We Cannot Answer
We are happy to explain how a formula works, but there are requests we have to decline:
- We cannot tell you what grade your teacher will give you. Only your school's official gradebook and policy determine that.
- We cannot intervene in a grade dispute, contact a school, or provide documentation for an appeal.
- We do not complete homework, solve assignment questions, or provide tutoring.
- We do not have access to your school's grading system and cannot look up any student record.
If you want to understand the math behind a result before you email, the calculation verification page lists every formula we use along with the test cases we check them against.
Privacy and Data Requests
QuickGrade's calculators run in your browser and we do not store the grades you enter. If you have a question about analytics, cookies, or advertising data, email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line and we will respond ahead of general correspondence.
Mailing Address
QuickGrade is run online only and does not maintain a public mailing address. Email is the only way to reach us.
